2. OPERATION
 AND USE
  1. The equipment must be operated by more than two operator in safe operation, one operator is responsible for electrical control and supervision, another operator to arrange the material evenly to the conveyor belt.
  2. Ensure power supply is connected correctly before starting , and have good working condition of the contact leakage protection devices, and not let the wire twisting in the ground.
  3. The operator must check each part of the equipment bolt solid state, chain, driving belt tensioning degree.

 Moving blade and Fixed blade fir status.

The operator needs to fill the running part with lubricating oil on a regular basis.
  1. The operator must according to the correct operation.
Start:
  1. Operate the output motor.
  2. Operate the cutting motor.
  3. Operate the input  motor .
Stop:
  1. stop the input  motor.
  2. stop the cutting  motor.
  3. stop the output  motor.
  1. If abnormal noise or vibration and other bad working conditions are found during the operation of the equipment, it must be stopped for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Machine maintenance
  • Maintenance per shit:
  (1)Check  the power part is connected properly, and not to cause the power cord to be bored to cover up and winding on the ground.
  (2)Check  the important parts of each bolt if loose, especially the fastening screws moving and fixed blade.
  (3)The chain, transmission belt tension is suitable.
  (4)Coordination of rotary knife and fixed knife.
  (5)Clean up the main motor, conveyor motor and reducer above and around the material, in order to ensure good ventilation and cooling.
  (6)Check the cleaning up of the pressure roller, the lower roller, the tool carrier and the transmission of the gap of the material.
  • Maintenance every 300 hours:
  1. Check the  bearing of the motor
  (2)Check oil level and oil reducer lubricating oil, add or replace the 90# gear oil when necessary.
 (3)Check the fastening condition of the distribution box and the connection of the wire.
 (4)Check the input belt, the tension of the output belt and wear condition, found that the grinding edge grinding surface should be adjusted, rubber layer cracking should be repaired.  
  1. Check the solid condition of each sprocket and belt pulley, if it is loose, must be fixed.
  2. The clearance and wear knife and the fixed knife, must be timely repair or replacement.
